In 1998, Mike founded the company formerly known as Impact Graphic Design and quickly developed a reputation for innovation, creativity, and prompt and professional service. In 2008, the addition of a partner and the offering of web services led to the company changing to it's current name, the Impact Guys.

Mike heads up all graphic design projects, as well as branding and marketing related responsibilities. He is proficient in logo design and creation, design and layout of print ads and media, design of brochures, billboards, digital media, and much more.

In 2008, Tim partnered up with Mike to form the Impact Guys. He and Mike had teamed up on multiple other business development projects previously with a great deal of success, so when Mike approached him to formerly team up, the decision to come aboard was an easy one.

Tim is responsible for all web related projects including web site design and maintenance, SEO and SEM, email marketing, social media, PPC management, and much more.
